Saucí topping sauces are a great way to bring big flavor to vegan and vegetarian meals. These cauliflower ‘steaks’ are a great side dish or a meal in themselves. Leave out the mozzarella to keep it vegan.
Saucí Verde can be easily modified into a wonderful dressing for salads. It’s able to hold up and complement the strong bite of arugula, but is also great on a spinach or mixed-green salad.
