These tacos are a summertime favorite, but work all year round (when is it not taco time?). They’re light, the pepitas and slaw add a lovely crunch, and the flavors fill your mouth with delight.
Saucí topping sauces are a great way to bring big flavor to vegan and vegetarian meals. These cauliflower ‘steaks’ are a great side dish or a meal in themselves. Leave out the mozzarella to keep it vegan.
